N.J. Jurors Find Durom Cup Hip Implant Claims Barred by One-Year Statute of Limitations

NEWARK, N.J. –– A jury has reached a verdict in a Durom Cup hip implant case, finding in the first portion of the bifurcated trial that the plaintiff’s claims were barred by the statute of limitations.

The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey jury reached the verdict on May 12, according to the court. The case was split in order for jurors to first determine whether Brady’s claims were timely under Louisiana’s one-year statute of limitations.
