Stay Entered in All MDL and State Stryker Rejuvenate & ABG II Hip Implant Cases

MINNEAPOLIS –– All cases involving claims of defective Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II hip implants have been stayed, pending confirmation of the defendant’s decision to confirm its participation in the Global Settlement Agreement or walk away.
