INDIANAPOLIS — A trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to dismiss a lawsuit involving DePuy Orthopaedic Inc's ASR XL Acetabular Hip Implant System on forum non conveniens grounds because the record contains sufficient evidence that Indiana is the appropriate forum, the state high court has ruled.
On April 24, the Indiana Supreme Court explained that, according to the evidence, Indiana has a sufficient connection with this action.
