Gulf War Vet Claims Injuries Are Related to Thimerosal-Containing Vaccines

LOS ANGELES - A Gulf War veteran who recently quit his job as a commercial airline pilot because of symptoms he alleges are linked to inoculations he received before and after the war has sued several pharmaceutical companies claiming they failed to warn of the dangers associated with thimerosal contained in the vaccines. Schmuck v. Abbott Laboratories, et al., No. BC255228 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
