CHICAGO –– The judge overseeing the NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket has issued an order allowing the parties to re-depose an expert.
In the March 13 notification of docket entry, Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois granted in part and denied in part a plaintiff motion to compel.
Specifically, Judge Pallmeyer said the parties may redepose Dr. Rubash for no more than 90 minutes by phone.
