LOS ANGELES — A California appellate court has upheld a verdict and judgment entered in favor of a pain pump manufacturer, finding it presented substantial evidence that the plaintiff’s alleged chondrolysis was not caused by the device.
In a March 2 opinion, the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, found the testimony of Breg Inc.’s experts amply supported its lack of causation defense.
