Durom Cup Plaintiffs File Reply Brief on Proposal Requiring State Court Settlements to Contribute to Common Benefit Fund

TRENTON, N.J. –– Plaintiffs’ liaison counsel in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket have filed a brief supporting their efforts to modify the Case Management Order relating to the Common Benefit Fund.

In the Feb. 23 reply brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the plaintiffs maintained their position that settlements or judgment achieved in state court litigation involving the Durom Hip Cup should be required to contribute to the Common Benefit Fund.
