NexGen Knee Implant Plaintiffs Ask MDL Court to Reconsider Order, Still Seek Exclusion of Experts

CHICAGO –– Plaintiffs in the NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation have asked the MDL Court to reconsider a recent order, maintaining that one defense expert should not be permitted to testify while another’s opinions should be limited.
