CHICAGO –– Plaintiffs in the NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation have asked the MDL Court to reconsider a recent order, maintaining that one defense expert should not be permitted to testify while another’s opinions should be limited.

In a Feb. 9 docket entry, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois had granted in part and denied in part the underlying motion for sanctions, noting that “parties are warned that failure to produce any data, records, testing results, etc., that any expert relied on or considered, will be barred from admission in evidence if not produced …
