Parties in NexGen Knee Implant MDL File Briefs Attacking More than 10 Experts

CHICAGO –– Parties involved in the NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket have filed motions seeking the exclusion of testimony from a number of experts in all cases.

In a series of motions filed over the last month in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Zimmer Inc. and the plaintiffs have challenged the testimony of more than 10 experts, according to entries on the court’s online docket.
