Calif. Court Orders Plaintiffs to Appear to Answer to Accusations of Unfulfilled CMO Obligations

SAN FRANCISCO –– The California Superior Court for San Francisco County has ordered a number of plaintiffs asserting DePuy ASR Hip Implant claims to appear in court to answer to accusations that they did not fulfill court-mandated obligations relating to plaintiff fact sheets.

In a Feb. 9 order, the state court ordered the plaintiffs identified in the defense motion to appear before the court on Feb. 26 “to show cause why their cases should not be dismissed with prejudice for violation of Case Management Order No. 12.”
