Parties in Conserve Hip Implant MDL Docket Exchange Motions on Admissibility of Experts

ATLANTA –– The parties involved in the Wright Medical Technology Inc. Conserve Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket have filed a number of motions challenging the admissibility of experts.

Only a few of the documents –– including one filed in January that challenges the testimony of Reed Ayers, Ph.D. –– submitted with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia were not filed under seal.
