CHARLESTON, W. Va. — Plaintiffs in a transvaginal mesh case may present evidence concerning the Marlex polypropylene used by Boston Scientific Corp. in its Pinnacle Pelvic Floor Repair Kit, a West Virginia federal judge has ruled, explaining that the methods by which BSC acquired polypropylene resin is relevant to the claims.
