ATLANTA –– Wright Medical Group has moved for summary judgment in a CONSERVE hip implant suit, arguing that it did not have any involvement with the development of the system and that it is not subject to personal jurisdiction.
In the Jan. 9 motion, the defendant further maintained that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia should dismiss the claims filed against the parent holding company because its sole function is to hold the stock of Wright Medical Technology.
