Georgia Court Issues Scheduling Order for Bellwether Trial Program in Conserve Hip Implant MDL

ATLANTA –– The Georgia federal court overseeing the Wright Medical Technology Inc. Conserve Hip Implant multidistrict litigation proceedings has issued a scheduling order for the docket’s bellwether trial program, reiterating March 9, 2015, as the trial date for the first bellwether case.

In the Dec. 23 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia set the pretrial conference for Feb. 26 and asked that parties submit Daubert motions by Jan. 15.

Motions in limine are due by Jan. 30, the order also stated.
