HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The New Jersey judge overseeing the state’s coordinated Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Moduler Hip Implant docket has issued an order regarding the registration of cases and claims in the wake of an announcement from the parties that a global settlement had been reached.

In the Nov. 18 order, Judge Brian R.
