MINNEAPOLIS –– The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit has dismissed the appeal of an order issued in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL concerning the establishment of a common benefit fund and pretrial discovery order.

The 8th Circuit dismissed the appeal on Dec. 2, granting a defense motion in which the companies noted that the plaintiffs had not filed their brief and, as such, had not incurred any related costs.
