FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Florida federal judge has dismissed a Solodyn hair loss lawsuit filed against Medicis Pharmaceuticals Corp., ruling that the claims were not pled with sufficient particularity.
On Nov. 24, Judge Sheri P. Chappell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida ruled that the complaint is a “quintessential shotgun pleading,” but she allowed the pro se plaintiff to file another amended complaint to correct the deficiencies.
