MINNEAPOLIS –– The parties involved with Stryker ABG II Modular-Neck and Rejuvenate Modular-Neck hip stems litigation have reached a settlement agreement of cases pending at both the state and federal level, according to a recent announcement by the parties.
On Nov. 3, the plaintiffs and defendants involved in the coordinated New Jersey and federal MDL dockets released a press release and filed a master settlement agreement in which they detailed a settlement structure that could end up costing Stryker Orthopaedics more than $1.4 billion.
