Stryker Rejuvenate & ABG II Hip Implant Plaintiffs Outline Pending Discovery Disputes

MINNEAPOLIS –– Plaintiffs involved in the national Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant products liability multidistrict litigation docket have filed a brief outlining outstanding discovery issues, in part contending that the defendants have yet to produce documents relating to custodial files of its former employees and information on a stem portion of the Rejuvenate device.
In the Oct. 24 memorandum, filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the plaintiffs updated the court with regard to seven issues it originally raised in an August letter.
