Stryker Rejuvenate Defendants File Brief in 8th Circuit, Support Appeal of MDL Order

MINNEAPOLIS –– Howmedica Osteonics Corp., Stryker Corp. and Stryker Sales Corp. have filed their opening brief in the appeal of an order issued in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL concerning the establishment of a common benefit fund and pretrial discovery order.
