TAMPA, Fla. — Four Florida women who were allegedly injured by Boston Scientific Corp.’s Pinnacle transvaginal mesh devices have been awarded a total of $26.7 million by a Florida federal jury, which determined that the devices were defectively designed and that BSC failed to warn the plaintiffs and their doctors of the risks.
