SAN FRANCISCO — The judge presiding over the California’s coordinated DePuy ASR hip implant docket has denied motions to re-transfer claims filed by several plaintiffs who are not participating in the national settlement program established for those injured by the device.
San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard A. Kramer ruled on the motions following a case management conference on Sept. 26, according to minutes filed at the conclusion of the hearing.
