AMS Parent Endo Announces Settlement of Substantially All U.S. AMS Transvaginal Mesh Claims

DUBLIN — Endo International plc has reached master settlement agreements that will resolve substantially all of the transvaginal mesh lawsuits brought in the United States against its subsidiary American Medical Systems, according to a Sept. 30 press release.

Endo says it entered into the settlement agreements “solely by way of compromise and settlement” and has not admitted liability or fault.
