Trial Scheduled in Florida Boston Scientific Mesh Cases

TAMPA, Fla. — The federal judge presiding over the consolidated trial of five Florida cases that are part of the Boston Scientific Corp. pelvic repair device MDL has scheduled opening arguments for Nov. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In a Sept. 18 amended pretrial order, Judge Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia ordered the parties to file deposition designations by Oct. 6 and any counter-designations by Oct. 14.
