Conference Scheduled to Address Rejuvenate/ABG II Hip Plaintiffs’ Request for Expedited Resolution of Discovery Issues

MINNEAPOLIS — A magistrate judge in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant multidistrict litigation has scheduled a status conference for Sept. 22 to address the plaintiffs’ request to expedite resolution of a number of discovery issues.

In a Sept. 5 order, Magistrate Judge Franklin L. Noel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota said the court “is prepared to rule quickly” on these issues at the status conference.
