8th Cir. Revises Briefing Schedule in Howmedica Appeal of Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant Order

ST. LOUIS –– The 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has issued a revised briefing schedule in the appeal a Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL ruling that addressed the establishment of a common benefit fund and a recent pretrial discovery order.

According to the Sept. 5 revised briefing schedule, the designation and statement of the issues from Howmedica Osteonics Corp., Stryker Corp. and Stryker Sales Corp. is due Sept. 15 and their appellate brief is due Oct. 10.
