Special Master in Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Court Submits Rulings on In Limine Motions in Upcoming Trial

DALLAS –– A Special Master has issued a proposed pretrial order granting nine in limine motions filed by parties involved in an upcoming Pinnacle Hip Implant trial, ruling in part that the parties would be barred from mentioning the standard of medical care provided by the plaintiffs’ surgeon.
