DALLAS –– A Special Master has issued a proposed pretrial order granting nine in limine motions filed by parties involved in an upcoming Pinnacle Hip Implant trial, ruling in part that the parties would be barred from mentioning the standard of medical care provided by the plaintiffs’ surgeon.

In the Aug. 18 “Special Master’s Order on Motions In Limine,” Special Master James M.
