N.J. Court Dismisses Nearly 350 DePuy ASR Hip Implant Cases, Cites Pending Resolutions

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– Nearly 350 lawsuits pending in New Jersey’s coordinated docket for DePuy ASR Hip Implant have been dismissed without prejudice since they are “in the process of being resolved,” according to the judge overseeing the docket.

In an Aug. 7 order, Judge Brian R. Martinotti of the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County stated that the parties have consented and stipulated to the dismissal of the plaintiffs’ cases at this time without prejudice.
