Calif. Pinnacle Hip Case Sent Back to State Court After Judge OKs Claims Against Doctor

LOS ANGELES — A North Carolina man allegedly injured by his DePuy Pinnacle Hip implant has asserted viable negligent failure-to-warn claims against a doctor who played a role in designing and marketing the device, a federal judge has ruled in remanding the case to California state court.
