N.J. State Court Stryker Hip Implant Court Expands Criteria for Phase III Mediation Cases

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– Three additional Stryker Rejuvenate & ABG II state court cases have completed mediation and the cases selected next for mediation will have an expanded criteria, a New Jersey court stated in a case management order.

According to the Aug. 4 CMO issued by the Bergen County Superior Court, three Phase II cases –– two of which involved claims from New York residents, while the third was brought by Florida residents –– have completed mediation.

Of those three, an additional two have been resolved, the court said.
