More than 2,300 Biomet M2a Hip Implant Cases Pending in National MDL Docket, Status Report Says

SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– There are more than 2,300 total cases currently pending in the Biomet M2a metal-on-metal hip implant national multidistrict litigation docket in Indiana, according to a status report filed recently.

According to the July 23 joint status report filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, materially complete plaintiff fact sheets have been entered for 1,124 of the 2,340 total cases.
