Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL Judge Extends Defense Fact Sheet Deadline in Bellwether Cases

MINNEAPOLIS –– The Minnesota federal judge overseeing the coordinated docket for Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant product liability claims has extended the deadline for serving the defendants’ fact sheet until Aug. 11 for any case nominated by the defendants for bellwether trials.

In the minutes filed July 17, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minneapolis additionally noted that the parties have agreed that the deadline for the defendants to answer master long and/or short form complaints, or bring Rule 12 motions, should be Aug. 18.
