8th Circuit Sets Briefing Schedule in Howmedica Appeal of Rejuvenate and ABGII Hip Implant Order

ST. LOUIS –– The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit has set the briefing schedule in the appeal of an order issued in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABGII Hip Implant MDL proceedings, which addressed the establishment of a common benefit fund and a recent pretrial discovery order.

According to a briefing schedule issued July 9, the designation and statement of the issues from the defendants is due July 23, or 14 days from the issuance of the briefing schedule.
