More Than 6,000 DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant Cases Pending in National MDL

DALLAS –– As of June 30, there were nearly 6,400 product liability cases pending in the DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket pending in Dallas, according to a recent filing.

A master case list filed July 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas indicated that there were 6,382 cases pending in the MDL, which was created in 2011. The last cases were filed as recently as June 30, the document listing the cases indicated.
