MINNEAPOLIS - The first case management order has been entered by the judge overseeing the national consolidation of federal Baycol lawsuits in the U.S. District Court in Minnesota. In Re: Baycol Products Litigation, MDL No. 1431 (D. Minn.).
The order, entered Jan. 16 by United States District Judge Michael J. Davis, officially consolidates all pleadings, motions and other documents under the caption 'Baycol Products Litigation.'
According to the order, an initial status conference will be held April 1 at the district courthouse in Minneapolis. Before the conference, counsel are expected to confer and seek consensus on a proposed discovery plan …
