Mo. Federal Judge Remands GranuFlo/NaturaLyte Case to State Court

ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge has remanded a GranuFlo/NaturaLyte case to state court based on lack of complete diversity of citizenship, rejecting defendants’ argument that the nondiverse plaintiffs lack a colorable claim.

On July 3, Judge Stephen M. Limbaugh Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri also denied defendants’ motion to stay the case pending possible transfer to the GranuFlo/NaturaLyte multidistrict litigation.
