DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Court Issues Amended CMO on Plaintiffs’ Counsel

DALLAS –– The court overseeing the DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket has amended its case management order outlining reappointed or newly appointed counsel to act on behalf of the plaintiffs in the underlying litigation.

According to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas’ June 20 order, Dana B. Taschner of the Law Offices of Dana B. Taschner in Los Angeles was added to the plaintiffs’ steering committee.
