Howmedica Files Notice of Appeal, Contests Order Establishing Common Benefit Fund and Recent Pretrial Order

MINNEAPOLIS –– Howmedica Osteonics Corp. and Stryker Corp. have filed a notice of appeal in a Minnesota federal court, saying they plan to contest the MDL court’s order regarding establishment of a common benefit fund and a recent pretrial discovery order.
