N.J. State Court Stryker Hip Litigation: 1,600 Cases Filed, 17 Resolved by Mediation

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The total number of cases filed in the coordinated New Jersey Stryker Rejuvenate & AGB II state court docket has exceeded 1,600 and, so far, mediation has resulted in the resolution of 17 cases, according to a recent order issued by the court.

In a June 23 case management order, Bergen County Superior Court Judge Brian Martinotti said that in recent weeks, five cases alleging injury caused by the allegedly defective hip implant devices have completed mediation and ended in a resolution between the parties.
