DALLAS –– Two plaintiffs with claims pending in the federal DePuy Orthopaedic Pinnacle Hip Implant Multidistrict Litigation docket have asked the court to allow live trial testimony via satellite transmission.

In the June 13 motion, the plaintiffs in two of the cases before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas argued that DePuy has not volunteered to bring certain witnesses to Texas for live testimony.
