Durom Hip Cup MDL Plaintiffs Move to Compel Deposition of Corporate Representative

TRENTON, N.J. –– The plaintiffs in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation have moved to compel the deposition of a corporate representative, arguing that the defendant has not given the plaintiffs a “single comprehensive corporate representative deposition” in the MDL’s four-year history.
In the June 6 motion, the plaintiffs asked the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey to compel the representative to speak on the topics identified by the plaintiffs by the end of next month.
