Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL Judge Sets Order of Lead Cases to Be Tried

MINNEAPOLIS –– The Minnesota federal judge overseeing the coordinated docket for Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant product liability claims has issued a pretrial order designating the order in which the lead cases from each of the five bellwether case pool categories will be tried.

In the May 28 order, Judge Donovan W.
