Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL Judge Denies Plaintiffs’ Request to Reconsider Pretrial Order

MINNEAPOLIS –– The judge overseeing the federal Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation has denied plaintiffs’ request to partially reconsider Pretrial Order No. 16, which places parameters on defendants’ contact with treating physicians.

On May 28, Judge Donovan W. Frank of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota found the plaintiffs “have failed to demonstrate compelling circumstances sufficient to justify a motion to reconsider.”
