Calif. Judge Announces New Add-On Counsel in DePuy ASR Hip Coordinated Proceeding

SAN FRANCISCO – The judge presiding over California's coordinated DePuy ASR hip cases has amended a case management order to list Adriana S. Desmond of Skikos, Crawford, Skikos & Joseph as the new add-on counsel for plaintiffs.

In a May 9 amendment to Case Management Order No. 7, Judge Richard A. Kramer of the San Francisco County Superior Court explained that any party seeking to add on a case to the coordinated proceeding must send an add-on packet to Desmond at Skikos Crawford’s San Francisco office.
