N.J. State Court Proposes Bellwether Trial Dates for Stryker Rejuvenate & ABG II Modular Hip Implant Docket

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The New Jersey court overseeing the state’s coordinated docket for nearly 1,200 Stryker Rejuvenate & ABG II Modular Hip Implant product liability cases has issued its sixteenth case management order, in which it scheduled bellwether trials for next year.

On May 20, Judge Brian R. Martinotti of the Bergen County (N.J.) Superior Court signed Case Management Order #16, which addressed a number of issues, including the selection of bellwether trial candidates, the success of recent mediation efforts and discovery.
