MINNEAPOLIS –– The federal court overseeing the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket has declined to place a numerical limitation on how many treating physicians with which the defendants may have contact.
In a one-page pretrial order, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota placed three separate limitations on communications between the defendants and treating physicians, but did not reference a proposal by plaintiffs to limit the communication to 25 of those individuals.
