MINNEAPOLIS — A Minnesota federal judge has transferred an Aredia injury case filed against Novartis Pharmaceuticals Inc. to the Central District of California, finding the case has absolutely no connection to Minnesota.
On April 30, Judge David S. Doty of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota remarked that the plaintiffs, who are California residents, filed their action in Minnesota so as to avoid their own state’s statute of limitations.
