MINNEAPOLIS - On Jan. 14, class representatives from six countries were added to a worldwide class action Baycol liability and negligence lawsuit previously filed in an Illinois district court against Bayer's German and American counterparts. Ronald Cohen, et al. v. Bayer AG, et al., MDL Docket No. 1431 (D. Minn.).
With the addition of named representatives from outside the United States, the case now represents more than 20,000 claimants from 12 countries, according to plaintiffs' attorney Kenneth B. Moll of Kenneth B. Moll & Associates in Chicago.
