Zimmer Opposes Plaintiff Efforts to Modify Durom Hip Cup Discovery Confidentiality Order

TRENTON, N.J. –– Zimmer Inc. (NYSE: ZMH) has opposed a motion to modify the discovery confidentiality order governing the Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket, arguing that the plaintiffs’ request is “belated” since the parties have been adhering to the order’s provisions for more than three years.
