PHOENIX — An Arizona woman allegedly injured as a result of a defective Durom Cup hip implant can proceed with her case in state court after a federal judge found it did not have jurisdiction over claims asserted against the device’s manufacturer and the hospital that supplied the device.
Judge Paul G.
